U.S. VACUUM LRV/NC pumps are single stage close-coupled liquid ring vacuum pumps capable of producing a vacuum to 28.3″ Hg. The pumps are available in various materials of construction ( FS = Iron/Stainless steel, SS = All stainless steel). These are the preferred type of vacuum pump used in process applications where heavy flows of condensable vapors (water, steam, alcohols, solvents, etc) are present. Isothermic  compression combined with self flushing capabilities allow these pumps to handle the most contaminating type of process gas streams.

Pumps are provided with threaded connections for service liquid, pump draining and vacuum relief valve. Optional items include inlet check valve, vacuum relief valve, flow control, solenoid valve, vacuum and temperature gauges. Pumps can also come as completely packaged units using water or water as a seal fluid.

Flows from 15-2000cfm, Single and dual stage designs, vacuum capability to 29″Hg. Deeper vacuum obtainable (5 torr) with the use of air ejector or rotary vacuum boosters. Motors are 3-phase 60Hz, 230-460v
