Dry (Oil-less) Vacuum Pumps
Rotary Claw – Piston – Screw – Vane
Dry Piston Vacuum Pumps
Made for laboratory or office use, these pumps are small & compact. Operating on 115v power, these pumps can operate anywhere a power outlet is available.
Applications include medical, dental, biological filtration, chip mounting/holding, air sampling, packaging and others. Flow Capacities: 4.5cfm/29.5″Hg & 11.6 cfm/27.5″Hg
Dry Screw Vacuum Pumps (General Purpose)
These pumps are made for general vacuum applications where contaminated gas streams (water & solvent vapors) are present and the use of an oil lubricated vacuum pump would be troublesome. Designed for low flow applications (10-50 cfm), these pumps are AIR-COOLED and great for small batch process applications, laboratory, research and pilot plant uses.
Flow capacities: 12-27-47 cfm; Vacuum to 0.030 mmHg (Torr)
Dry Vane Vacuum Pumps
They are designed to operate on a continuous basis at any point from atmospheric pressure to a vacuum level of 22.5—27″ Hg depending on the pump model. The oil-less pumps are ideal for applications where oil or water sealed pumps are objectionable. The pump come complete with an electric motor, inlet filter, base and/or vibration isolators and discharge muffler (as required). Made for pumping air only.
Applications include graphic arts, vacuum packaging, forming, hold-down, robotics, material handling, air sampling, central vacuum systems and others. Flow Capacities: 5.6-353 cfm
Dry Claw Vacuum Pumps
Air-cooled, compact and oil free, dry claw vacuum pumps are increasingly becoming the pump of choice for medium vacuum applications. Designed for long life and ease of maintenance these pumps exhibit modern design features such as corrosion resistance and modular configuration for easy disassembly and repair.
Typically applications include CNC routing, pneumatic conveying, milking parlors ans central hospital vacuum. VFD compatible
Dry Screw Vacuum Pumps (Chemical Duty)
These pumps are made for process vacuum applications where heavy contaminated gas streams are present. The ability to pump heavy vapor loads and off pH gases at low pressures (<0.5mm Hg), these units are ideally suited for chemical and pharmaceutical processing, solvent reclamation, dehydration and crystallization.
Flow capacities: 65-470 cfm vacuum to 0.010mmHg (Torr)
