HV Series “Roots” Type Boosters- PROCESS & GENERAL INDUSTRY

U.S. Vacuum HV Series Mechanical Vacuum Boosters are heavy duty roots type blowers made to be used in conjunction with a mechanical vacuum pump to “supercharge” the vacuum system. Using a simple and reliable dual rotors design, the booster can add capacity from 2-10X the flow of the backing pump and ultimate vacuum to 0.002 mmHg. These boosters can be used with rotary vane, rotary piston, liquid ring and dry type vacuum pumps. All boosters are Direct-Driven Via industry standard NEMA TC frame motors.

PROCESS BOOSTERS: Mechanical sealed (5X) with ni-phosphate internal coating and FFKM seal elastomer. Units are Water-Cooled

GENERAL PURPOSE: Piston ring internal sealing and single Mechanical sealed on driveshaft. Standard FKM seal elastomer. Units are Air-Cooled
